Registrations are now open for the Microplastics in Focus Conference 2025. On this page you’ll find all the information you need, from package fees, to early-bird and group discounts and more.
The Microplastics in Focus Conference 2025 is open only to registered participants. All registration fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Please read the information on this website carefully before completing your registration.
Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration and provide payment details to the Conference Secretariat. Once details have been received, registrations will be confirmed within 7 days of completion of the form.
TYPES OF REGISTRATION
- Delegate Registration: Applies to those attending the conference who do not fall under any of the below categories.
- Student Registration: Student registration fees apply to full-time students who can produce evidence to confirm their enrolment status.
- LDC/LMIC Registration: The LMIC Registration applies to those in Under-Resourced Nations / Developing Countries. To confirm if you are currently eligible, please see the link here.
GROUP REGISTRATION
Companies sending multiple representatives are entitled to a group discount. Please note that the group discount only applies to those registered for the full conference. To retrieve a group discount, please contact the conference secretariat. Eligible discounts detailed below:
- Companies sending 5-10 representatives can receive a 5% discount
- Companies sending 11-15 representatives can receive a 10% discount
- Companies sending 16+ representatives can receive a 15% discount

Your Registration options
Full Conference Registration
Delegate, Group, Student, LDC/LMIC registration fees include:
- Attendance at all Conference sessions
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunches;
- Electronic access to the Conference Proceedings;
- Conference materials;
- Attendance at the Welcome Drinks;
Attendance at the Conference Dinner will incur additional charges.
DAY REGISTRATION
- Attendance at sessions on selected days only;
- Morning and afternoon tea on selected days only;
- Lunch on selected days only;
- Electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings;
- Conference materials.

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that this event is being managed as agent for and on behalf of CRC CARE Pty Ltd (ABN 97 113 908 044) (“CRC CARE”) by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information to us will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with CRC CARE and other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statements, privacy policy and specific consents contained on this site.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars. Payment for registration can be made by credit card or an invoice can be requested. If requesting an invoice, fees must be paid within 14 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If you are unable to attend in person because of COVID related travel restrictions, you will be offered a refund of the difference from face to face to virtual registration.
Cancellations received:
- 8 weeks prior to the event will incur a $150 cancellation fee
- 4 weeks prior to the event will be refunded 50% of fees paid
- 2 weeks prior to the event there will be no refund
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the Conference Secretariat, someone else to attend in their place.
- Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, they must be written.
- The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
- If the event is cancelled a refund of monies received is entitled, as per the registration terms and conditions.
- For a postponed event, monies received will be retained for the new event unless a written request for a refund is made to the Conference Secretariat as per the registration terms and conditions.

INSURANCE
You are strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
